Do you provide alcohol?
No, Sarasota Party Bus does not provide alcohol. To drink alcohol in the vehicles you must bring your own beverages on board, and, of course, be of legal drinking age or older.

How late can I wait in order to rent one of your vehicles?
As late as you want to or need to, provided of course, that the vehicle you need is available and has not been rented by someone else. There is no limit on the length of rentals with us. We operate 24/7 all year, including holidays.

How can I get a price on a party bus I am interested in?
To get a price quote all you have to do is give us a call. Yes, it's that simple. Just call us any time day or night and provide a few basic event details and we can tell you how much a rental will cost.

How many people can fit into a party bus?
Our party vans and buses range in size from 15 passengers all the way up to 42 passengers. If you're simply looking for a ride to the airport or for a day of shopping, we also offer luxurious shuttle vehicles with seating for up to 6 passengers.

What kind of features can I expect to experience on one of your party buses?
We have installed some great amenities with which you can have a load of fun as you travel around in one of our vehicles. We realize that you will probably be bringing on board some of your favorite cold drinks and libations so we have provided granite topped bar areas with built-in coolers which we will fill with ice. Comfort will not be a problem as you sit down or lay back on the cushy leather wraparound seating. If you have a group that enjoys dancing, you will find an exotic wood floor complete with a dancing pole. Be prepared to be blown away by the concert quality sound system with CD/MP3/iPod hookups. If multimedia is more your speed, you will find high definition flat screens with DVD capabilities. And to create the party atmosphere right from the beginning, we have installed LED color changing lighting which will bring a smile to every face. Is there a difference between a limousine and a party bus?
A limousine is what you are probably used to seeing. It is usually a very long car that is more often than not white. They are the ultimate in classy appearance but they are limited in terms of movement and capacity. A party bus can have a much larger capacity and allows people to stand up and move around, even dance.

Not normally. We do a lot of research and footwork in order to set our prices to be the most competitive they can possibly be. We do offer shorter packages if that fits into your schedule. And one thing you can always count on is you will never find any hidden fees in our pricing. We believe in being upfront with the customer from the very beginning.

We do not have bathrooms on our vehicles, but we do offer unlimited stops so whatever you need whenever you need it will be our pleasure.

Within your rented time frame, you can go as far as you want because we offer unlimited miles.

Do you need an itinerary?
It is not absolutely necessary but it certainly helps. Our drivers know the roads in your area very well and they will also be equipped with GPS.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept traveller's checks, credit or debit cards, or cash to the driver on your date of service.

What if we have a winter event planned? Do you offer service during that time as well?
Yes, we operate all year long.

What if we would like to bring food onto our party bus?
We welcome you to. You can bring any type of food, just keep in mind that you will be responsible for reasonable clean-up.

Yes, please do. This is your show and we want you to enjoy every minute of your time on your special party buses.

What if we want to stay on our bus longer than the time that we rented it for?
No problem, as long as the vehicle doesn't have to be back to the shop to get ready for another run, you are free to stay on and pay at the rate you agreed to for the time that you stay over.
